I recently stayed at Best Western in West Covina for a short business trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the hot breakfast that was included, although the selection was not as extensive as I have experienced at other Best Western hotels.

This hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants and close to a shopping center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the king bed with its phenomenally comfortable mattress. Having a kitchenette and spa tube were nice touches and breakfast included was a great bonus.

Staying here was wonderful! The location was perfect for our family - surrounded by great restaurants and easy to find right off the freeway. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the breakfast that was offered, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The staff was exceptional - helpful, kind and accommodating. They even provided housekeeping during our absence! We were all very impressed with the facilities and amenities offered.

The breakfast offered was delicious and the pool was at a perfect temperature. Plus, the location was great, with shopping centers nearby and easy access to transportation. We even attended a car show at the Fairplex in Pomona, which was conveniently close.
