The location of the resort is perfect for those looking to explore the area. It's really close to the airport, which makes the journey hassle-free. The beach activities offered were a lot of fun, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The food at some of the restaurants could use some improvement.

We appreciated the beautiful and spacious room with a stunning view from the balcony. the beach was also quite lovely. we were spoiled with a complimentary breakfast and a free cocktail upon arrival.

The bill was higher than expected and the charges were not transparent. the aromatic devices scattered throughout the hotel made it impossible for me to breathe comfortably due to my fragrance allergy.

Our family had a wonderful four night stay at the resort, and we loved the amenities offered for children. Our daughters, ages nine and 11, had a blast with the waterslides, trampoline park, zip line. The food was also impressive, with a large selection on the breakfast and lunch buffets. The Italian restaurant was our favorite, and we enjoyed the à la carte restaurants as well.

We felt like we were relaxing at home and had no reason to complain.

This hotel is perfect for families, offering exclusive amenities and a separate kids room that was comfortable and spacious. the staff at check-in and concierge were great, providing excellent service and fulfilling all our luxurious needs. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers and beachfront access was amazing.

The hotel needs some TLC and the breakfast and lunch buffet wasn't up to the standard of the place. There was only one minor issue regarding the staff, who kept asking to remember their names for positive reviews.

The property was beautiful with a stunning waterfall and a gorgeous lobby. The Ruby Suite had breathtaking views and a luxurious wrap-around balcony. The room service food and drinks were exceptional, and the Italian restaurant and buffet had delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, especially Raul, who communicated with me throughout and made my birthday extra special.

We got great value for our money at Sensira Resort! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning ocean view. The staff treated us like VIPs, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing family vacation at this resort! Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya All Inclusive went above and beyond to make our experience fabulous. the variety of activities available for both kids and adults was incredible. From zip lines and mini golf to tennis and rock climbing walls, there was something for everyone. the staff was exceptional, ensuring our rooms were cleaned daily and providing excellent entertainment throughout our stay. the resort also had a wide range of dining options, with the Italian restaurant being our favorite. it was a fantastic Christmas holiday for our family.

Sensira Resort & Spa offered a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay for my family. The kids club and activities were excellent, keeping the little ones entertained throughout the day. The pools were clean, and the pool service was exceptional. Our room was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The beach was pristine, and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The buffet had a decent selection, and the drinks were of high quality. Special mention to Claudia, the waiter at the buffet, who went above and beyond to ensure our kids had their favorite cereal. The resort was perfect for families, with plenty of activities for the kids and a quiet and pleasant ambiance. The entertainment team was outstanding, providing a variety of performances and organizing fun games and activities. The food at the restaurants and Te House was simply amazing.

The dining reservations were limited, but we managed to fill the gaps from cancellations. The beach occasionally had seaweed, but the resort cleaned it up each morning.
