We loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of town with fantastic views across the fjord. We were able to easily explore the city and it was just a short walk to the meeting points for most of the tours we wanted to take. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for - a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a fantastic experience here!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with an excellent location in the heart of the city center. The service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were perfect, especially after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh food, and I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. I would definitely visit Tromso again and stay at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it.

This place is situated right in the center of town and it's very convenient to get around. I loved that it's close to the cable car that takes you to Sherpatrappa. The room service was excellent, my clothes were cleaned promptly and any request I had was taken care of immediately. The staff even gave me a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
