I had an amazing getaway at this hotel! The location is truly stunning, with access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. I loved being able to relax on the pristine sands and take a dip in the crystal clear waters. The beach club here is also fantastic, serving a continental breakfast and offering convenient WiFi access right on the beach. The glamping tent was a luxurious and comfortable experience, feeling like I was in a nice hotel. The price was unbeatable for the level of comfort provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, affordable accommodation near an incredible beach.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious glamping tents with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The beach club provided a great spot to relax with shaded beach beds and delicious food. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Plus, the access to Xpu-Ha beach is amazing, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the sitting area where I could unwind and soak in the natural surroundings. The hotel also offers a range of services such as room service, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the amazing beach access that this hotel offered. The pristine waters and beautiful sand made it a dreamy location for a holiday getaway. The fact that they also provided WiFi at the beach was a huge bonus, ensuring that I could stay connected while enjoying the sun and sea.

One major downside was the slow service at the hotel. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for things before they were done, and the wait time for food and other requests was way too long.

We recently stayed at Serenity Authentic Glamping Tulum and had an amazing experience. the tented camp was great, with attentive and super positive receptionists. the location within the hotel territory was neat, and the rooms were totally furnished and had everything we needed. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors, so we could relax in the hammock without any disruptions. the beach, which was just a 7-minute walk away, was dedicated to the hotel and provided a great atmosphere. the smiling personnel and delicious food made our beach experience even more enjoyable. We really wish we could have stayed longer!

During my xmas vacation I had some good moments at the glamping site. the complementary welcome drink and parking were a nice touch. the location of the tents near the beach was fantastic, with easy access to the water. All the tents featured a private terrace that overlooked the jungle, which was a great feature to relax and enjoy my downtime.

The service was underwhelming, with slow response times both at the reception and at the beach club. Regrettably, the food quality wasn't up to scratch as the menu lacked variety and freshness.
