The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic sleep thanks to the room temperature control and blackout curtains. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and reception area, were all new and nice. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Additionally, the location was excellent, as it was very close to the historic district and downtown. Everything I needed was just down the street or close by.

The room was clean with modern amenities in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day and there was no shortage of options. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop terrace with lovely views of the city.

There was some difficulty with the elevator which caused long wait times during peak hours.

I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The location was perfect, as it was close to attractions like the Macroplaza, Mexican History Museum, Riverwalk, and Fundidora Park. Additionally, the restaurant service was very professional and the food was delicious. I will definitely book here again for my next trip to this city.

For us, the only downside was the A/C in the room. Despite the hotel's best efforts to fix it, it wasn't cooling the way it should have.

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it convenient to explore the lively downtown area and enjoy its many entertainment options. The tours/ticket assistance was also a nice touch. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV.
