We had an amazing time at this new, modern residence. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions and delicious food options nearby. The distance to the beach was just right, and we loved the rooftop pool area with its stunning views of the sea. Plus, as a family with two small kids, we appreciated the clean and spacious apartment.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. the location was ideal, as it was very near the city's biggest nightclubs. If you're someone who loves to party, you'll definitely enjoy the convenience of being so close to the nightlife. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony and kitchenette. It was perfect for my needs, especially since I was traveling with my children. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the stay, it's always good to start the day off with a meal.

My stay was great and there wasn't really anything that I felt could be improved.

During my Thanksgiving stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. the modern facilities were exceptional and the rooftop terrace with a pool and bar was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. the location was ideal as it was close to the beach and main pedestrian street while being quiet enough to retreat back to. We were also delighted to receive two complementary items during our stay that added an extra special touch which we did not expect. we had a great time and enjoyed our time immensely.

The lack of parking was a bit of an inconvenience, having to rely on street parking was an irritation. there was no restaurant on site so we had to venture out for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect for partygoers, as it is right by several night clubs which you can hear beginning at 9pm until 2am. Additionally, it is very near Playa's biggest nightclubs, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout the night. The rooftop view is also a nice advantage for guests to enjoy.

The bathroom facilities were not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

We, as foreign tourists, absolutely loved our stay at this modern residence-hotel. The pool terrace was stunning and offered a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The location was also extremely convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the beach and within walking distance to the ADO bus station. The units were well-equipped with a kitchen that included a blender and a Nespresso machine. We appreciated the two TVs with Netflix option, as well as the comfortable bed and great-smelling sheets/towels. The toiletries provided were organic, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. we couldn't have asked for more!

Enjoyed the cheap drinks at the bar and the convenience of a cleaning service. Walking distance to everything and a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Singular Joy Downtown Residences. The rooftop terrace with heated pools, jacuzzi, and bar was the highlight of our trip. It was the perfect spot to relax and meet new people. The location is also ideal, right in the city center and close to all the local attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Drawbacks: Although the hotel is located near nightclubs, the noise didn't bother us as we were out partying too. Additionally, some minor maintenance issues were present, such as worn-out furniture on the rooftop and a lack of attention to detail in the rooms.

We had an amazing stay at a great deal price wise at Singular Joy Downtown Residences. The suite was huge with 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms all to ourselves. It was very clean and tidy. We loved the two heated swimming pools and jacuzzi on the roof terrace with a bar open until 10pm. It was a great place to relax and meet new people. The location was perfect, right in the city center near the 5th Avenue and all the local attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
