I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location, right in front of the lobby area, was ideal for easy access to all the hotel facilities. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was impeccable, ensuring enhanced comfort and quality throughout my stay. The laundry service was an added bonus, allowing me to have fresh clothes every day. The airport shuttle service provided a convenient and stress-free journey to and from the hotel. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch and added to the luxurious experience. The in-room safe provided an extra layer of security, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The patio was a lovely addition, allowing me to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Attitude is everything! I arrived at 7 pm, just after their 6 pm check-in deadline, but the hotel still accommodated me. They even tried to arrange airport transportation for me, although I ended up requesting a taxi. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary snacks and refreshments offered before dinner, a great way to start our evening! We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, close to local attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room, perfect for a relaxing holiday stay.

Our stay was marred by a few disappointing aspects. the air in the room was stuffy and difficult to breathe, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.
