The hotel had excellent facilities, including a lovely pool area with a poolside bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with a special shout-out to Romeo, the bartender. The room facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, fridge, and coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access various services and restaurants. it was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel completely satisfied all the purposes of my trip. The location is perfect for my needs, tons of food around, bus station is by the corner, taxi is available all the time, nice coffee shop is inside. Thank you to all the receptionists, you are the best! Thank you to the security team, they worked hard to open the front door for us 24/7 and smiling all the time. Thanks to the mechanic team keeping up the Jacuzzi hot. We had a great time and I definitely recommend.

The room we were upgraded to was absolutely fantastic, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff, from the friendly receptionists to the accommodating kitchen staff, made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Smart Cancun!

We recently had an enjoyable stay in a resort-like hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel staff, including Abigail and Isabel, were lovely and accommodating. We found it convenient that the hotel location was near everything, on the main road downtown, and an easy taxi ride to various locations. The hotel breakfast was satisfying, and the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The hotel also features many modern facilities, such as a large swimming pool and a gym.

The hotel reception staff could have been more attentive to guests' needs.

The pool area was great and had entertaining activities. On my last night, I discovered the air conditioning unit was not working properly, but the staff was quick to fix it. I enjoyed staying at Oasis.

The hotel's close proximity to bus stops made it easy for us to venture out to Tulum, Bacalar, and other destinations. The clean and tidy rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the good breakfast options fueled us for our adventurous days. The hotel's pool was a great way to relax and cool down after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who gave us great information and directions. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on a main avenue and close to the bus station which was very convenient for us to explore the Yucatan region. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a great value for money. We also enjoyed the pool area and the fact that the hotel is directly at the beach. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

On the downside, the only minor issue we had was that some of the staff could be better trained in customer service. There were a few instances where they seemed a bit obnoxious and did not understand the importance of good service.

The hotel's downtown location was convenient, with a Walmart nearby and the Zona Hotelera just a short bus ride away. We felt safe thanks to the hotel's own security team. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, and we could exchange money at great rates at the front desk. everything about this hotel was great!

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel offered a fantastic pool area with various amenities such as jacuzzis, spa, and a gym. The staff were top class and provided great service. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking or short distance to all attractions, including the ADO bus line. there was a complimentary shuttle to the touristy hotel zone. The ability to explore both the Centro and the hotel zone was a major advantage.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was weak and slow, making it difficult to stay connected. The rooms facing the street were noisy, making it challenging to sleep without closing the balcony window.
