This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for those with tight travel schedules. the nearby Hamburgo metro station provides easy access to explore the city. the hotel is situated in a safe area and is within walking distance to the tourist attractions in the city center. the rooms are sleek and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and elegant stay. the rooftop restaurant and bar provide a fantastic spot to enjoy meals and cocktails with a view.

Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the lack of proper amenities, such as food in the minibar.

We had an amazing experience at the luxury boutique hotel. the staff were attentive and greeted us warmly throughout our stay. the hotel provided a conducive environment for work with various relaxing and spacious rooms. Our room was particularly impressive, with large windows leading to a balcony and a beautiful bathroom. We were also grateful for the exceptional care they provided when I had a fall before arriving. the operations director made sure I was well taken care of at all times. a memorable stay with great people and excellent service.

Great location near shopping and attractions. the restaurant had a delicious rib eye steak and attentive staff. the room was spacious and modern with a great rainfall shower.

The portable air conditioner was noisy and heated up the bathroom. the internet connection was unstable and kept going in and out during the stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service provided was outstanding, and the spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, including full body massage and body wraps. the restaurant was incredible, with a variety of special diet menus and delicious dishes offered for continental breakfast as well as packed lunches. the private facilities, which included a sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room, were impeccable, and the location advantages were great.

this did not affect my overall experience, as the spa centre, leisure/TV room, and bar/lounge area more than compensated for it.
