The staff at the hotel were always trying to find a solution to any issues that arose during our stay. the view from the terrace was absolutely fantastic. the location of the hotel was perfect, with all amenities such as a pharmacy, coffee shop, frozen yogurt place, and bank all located on the same block. the hotel is also located on one of the best streets in the city, making it convenient for exploring.

The beds in the hotel were a little small and uncomfortable, especially for taller guests like myself. the lack of built-in AC or heating made the room a bit uncomfortable, but the staff did provide fans and heaters upon request.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the Reforma main boulevard, in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to explore the other tourist spots in the area, like the Chapulepec Park with all the museums. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with daily cleaning service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by their bilingual abilities. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its incredible views.

The view from my balcony was stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The unit itself felt like a comfortable apartment, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the secure ride they arranged for me to the airport. The early check-in option was a great convenience, and the strong wifi connection was a bonus. a great stay and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Situated close to Chapultepec Park, guests have easy access to all the museums and the vibrant local area. The rooms are spacious and well-finished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooftop terrace provides incredible views of the city, perfect for relaxation or gathering with friends. With a great price for its prime location, this hotel is a wonderful choice.

On the downside, the internet connection was quite slow and unreliable at times. Also, there were some basic amenities missing, such as no complimentary coffee or tea, no iron, and no extra blankets in the room.

The staff was excellent and the view from my room on the 21st floor was amazing. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities like restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax and take in the stunning 360-degree views of the city. The room itself was spacious with a functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the strong wifi connection and the option for early check-in. I will definitely book this hotel again when I return to the city.

The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was exactly as described. I loved the shower, which had hot water and great water pressure. the suite even had a balcony with a great view. the cleanliness of the room and the functionality of the bathroom and kitchen were impressive. the WiFi signal was strong, which made it easy for me to work. the common area on the top floor was also a highlight, with tables and a stunning view.
