absolutely stunning architecture, but don’t expect staff that actually listen. my room wasn’t quiet at all, being next to the restaurant with constant banging sounds, and the air con was a total disaster. to top it off, no complimentary gesture for all my troubles. it’s almost like they don’t care about guests, woudl ve been a lovely stay otherwise.

The $500 AUD king room felt cramped with stained walls, and I had to lug my luggage in the cable car!!! Service errors like long waits for check-in and unclear operational information can really ruin a trip!!!

Check-in was smooth thanks to the porter. Loved the empty amusement park vibe in the evening—felt like I had it to myself! Waking up early to the Golden Bridge at sunrise? Pure magic, darling!

But navigating the sprawling grounds with luggage was like a horror movie of confusion! Who knew a scenic cable car ride would come with a side of cardio?

the check-in process was a bit confusing. we enjoyed the beautiful views over the foggy streets and the amazing selection at the breakfast buffet. The outdoor shows were a real treat. staff were always welcoming and attentive.

I had a cozy evening dining on the terrace, enjoying stunning views. The family room provided everything we needed, especially the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We received drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. However, navigating the different hotels to find our room was confusing, and we had to check in twice. Overall, I appreciated the experience but hope for better staff guidance in the future.

Just a good pick for a temporary stay in Da Nang with fantastic value. The pool was great and provided some entertainment.

Beautiful architecture, delicious breakfast, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking as we enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the Golden Bridge, which we were able to visit early in the morning without any crowds.

the location is beautiful, set in the hills! Staff delivered excellent service. breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international dishes. enjoyed the indoor pool and spa treatments too (very relaxing).
