Friendly and helpful staff with excellent English language skills. Daily housekeeping with charming and considerate touches. Complimentary beach towels provided. Fabulous breakfast served at an air-conditioned establishment nearby, offering a 5-star hotel experience with a variety of fresh fruit and custom-made omelettes. Great central location, within walking distance to the beach and close to amenities like the ADO bus terminal and MEGA supermarket. Quiet area away from noisy clubs, allowing for peaceful relaxation

Just returned from a relaxing stay at Suites Corazon. The rooms were spacious and well-organized, with a comfortable kingsize bed, terrace, and nice bathroom. The location was excellent, just off the boulevard, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep while still being a minute away from all the action. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided at a nearby restaurant was sufficient. a great experience.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to 5th avenue and within walking distance from the beach. The rooms are comfortable, with fresh towels and all the amenities you need, including 2 double beds and a small self-contained kitchen made in a tiny cabinet with good equipment. Breakfast is also included, which is great value for money.

I stayed at Suites Corazon for 3 nights and it was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel's location is excellent, just one street away from the main street and close to the ADO stop. Despite the nearby nightlife, the rooms were well insulated and quiet. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, including a 7 Eleven and a great breakfast spot on the corner. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Suites Corazon stood out for its spacious apartments and surprisingly quiet atmosphere, despite its close proximity to 5th Ave. The WiFi was the fastest we encountered during our entire stay, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond, adding charming touches to their work. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making transactions hassle-free. They even provided beach towels. The breakfast, served at a nearby air-conditioned establishment, was fabulous with fresh fruit and custom-made omelettes.

this place was a pleasant surprise! after a disappointing stay in playa del carmen, i found suites corazon and it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. overall, a great experience.

One small issue - the ceiling was dripping. staff explained it was temporary, but it was a bit inconvenient.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few steps away from the bustling 5th avenue, yet far enough from the noisy clubs. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily to provide the best comfort. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to guests. Enjoy breakfast in the on-site restaurant and make use of facilities such as a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine.

One of the rooms faces construction, and guests may need to keep the curtains closed.

Noisy guests disrupted the peace.

Spent Christmas at this place, complimentary drinks were good, and staff were friendly. Didn't hear much noise considering its location in the heart of the city. Room was clean.

Although the location was convenient, there wasn't much to explore around the hotel. the pool was tiny and too cold to swim in.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and all the amenities it offered, including cable television and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooftop pool was always clean and never crowded. The staff, especially Norma, was incredibly friendly and helped us with a special surprise for my wife. The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants and just a short walk to the main avenue. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Playa del Carmen!
