I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff at Suites Rio Elba were warm and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. I especially loved the nearby Chapultepec Park, which houses incredible museums that are a must-see. The 24-hour security added an extra layer of safety, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful piano. The bed sheets were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Suites Rio Elba was a great choice for an easy-going, budget-friendly couple like us.

Recently stayed at Suites Rio Elba for a family vacation. The three-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs, with spacious rooms and daily housekeeping. The location was excellent, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Easy access to public transportation and attractions like the Museum of Anthropology. The kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare breakfast and snacks. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city.

The receptionist and security guards were friendly and polite. The room was clean and good.

THE WIFI BARELY WORKS. Most of the time I could not connect, if I could connect it said "Connected, No Internet", and if I managed to connect, the internet would come for 30 seconds and be gone for the next 5 minutes.

Everything was perfect - apartment, bathroom, bed, friendly staff, great location, safety.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The suite was modern and comfortable with a firm bed and ample marble and glass bathroom. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one away from the hustle and bustle.

Felt like in a fairy tale, no complaints.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops, this is the place for you. The location is fantastic, near everything you might need. The suite itself was modern and comfortable, with a firm bed and a spacious bathroom adorned with marble and glass. The staff were nice and helpful, and they even lent me a space heater during my winter stay. The 24-hour doorman added to the security of the place.

One negative aspect was the lack of towels and toiletries, as well as the limited kitchen dishes available.
