the room was very dark with insufficient lighting for makeup. the toilet was dirty and I faced issues with billing that are still unresolved.

the staff at cambria in west orange was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. their kindness during a difficult time in my life truly touched me. the modern facilities and great breakfast made it an enjoyable experience. i will always choose cambria because of the amazing service i received.

The hotel was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the building itself was clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the modern technology in the nicely decorated rooms. the Bluetooth connected mirrors provided a fun and convenient perk. Additionally, the hotel workers, especially LaBraeya, the customer service rep, were professional and courteous throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the hotel's location was excellent, with several restaurants, a liquor store, and a food store conveniently located in the same complex.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. there were maintenance issues with towel racks staying in the wall and stains on the duvet, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room.

The room size was great and very comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to food options and the highway. Additionally, the funky design of the room, including the wallpaper and the big HD TV, added to the overall positive experience.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is right off the New Jersey turnpike and conveniently located next door to a grocery store. In terms of the room, it was spacious and had great amenities. The lobby area and the bar/dining section were also impressive.

The front desk staff was not very courteous and their customer service skills could be improved.
