I had an issue with my car needing air in the tires and the hotel staff kindly took it to the petrol station and quickly returned it. The hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. Despite being near a main road, the double glazing is exceptional and I slept very peacefully at night. I recommended this hotel to my relatives who were staying at the Marriott and they agreed that it was much better!

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and competent staff willing to go the extra mile to please the guests. the rooms were large and comfortable, with spacious closets and well-equipped bathrooms. the indoor swimming pool and fitness room were modern and tastefully decorated, providing a great place to relax and stay fit. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious dishes at reasonable prices, and the bar had a good selection of drinks.

On the downside, the customer service could use some improvement, particularly when it came to providing additional assistance beyond basic needs. the gym lacked proper ventilation, making it stuffy and uncomfortable to work out in.

Great service and excellent accommodations. the hotel is conveniently located near nice places to visit, such as the downtown area. the staff was attentive and friendly, providing a unique and memorable experience.

The restaurant was expensive and didn't offer good value for the money, especially compared to other options nearby. Some additional services, like requesting extra coffee or water bottles, came at an extra cost.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with large closets and a roomy bathroom. the hotel's indoor swimming pool was amazing, and we enjoyed using the well-equipped fitness room and jacuzzi as well. the staff were friendly and competent, and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. the location was also convenient, with easy access to downtown Toluca and other attractions. a great experience.

There were a few drawbacks. the customer service could have been better, as some requests beyond basic accommodations were not met.

I had a fantastic stay at Suites Inn La Muralla Hotel & Spa. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I especially loved the large closets and roomy bathroom, complete with fresh bathrobes and extra large towels. The internet WiFi worked perfectly, and there were plenty of electric outlets for all my devices.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were large and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and extra-large towels. the hotel was well-equipped with lots of electric outlets and reliable WiFi. the indoor swimming pool and fitness room were modern and tastefully decorated. the staff was friendly, competent, and went above and beyond to please the guests. We especially enjoyed the excellent restaurant with reasonable prices and 24/7 room service. the bar had a good selection of drinks. Another advantage was the exceptional service from the hotel staff, who even took our car to get air in the tires.
