I recently stayed at Suites Malecon and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect and close to everything I needed, including markets, stores, buses, and a hospital. The view from the hotel was stunning and the convenience of having a shopping mall right next door was great. The staff, especially Melis and Basti, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The suites, although small, were clean and had a nice view. The swimming pool was a great amenity and the WiFi worked well. I had a fantastic time at Suites Malecon.

Convenient location near downtown with underground parking lot connecting to a shopping mall. Helpful and friendly staff named Anna and Daniel. Provided a baby crib and free baby high chair upon request. Excellent view, beautiful swimming pool area. Spacious and well-equipped suite with separate bedrooms for privacy.

The room was very comfortable, with a washing machine available. The daily cleaning service was appreciated. The modern and calm ambiance of the whole building helped us feel relaxed. The location above a large mall made shopping convenient. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The view from the room was astonishing, with a spectacular thunderstorm over the Gulf.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. Situated above a popular shopping center, you have easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The convenience of having a supermarket right downstairs is a huge bonus for picking up groceries. Plus, being in the heart of downtown, you're close to all the action.

It's a shame that some previous guests experienced bugs in their room.

As a business traveler, I recently had a delightful stay at Suites Malecon. I was in Cancun for 10 days for dental tourism, and stayed at this property for the first 2 days and then rebooked for a few days during the second week. The free upgrade to a suite was awesome - it was spacious, modern, and super clean. The balcony was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was great. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The wifi worked fast, and the special entry to the mall was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds in our ocean view 1 bedroom apartment. The sunrise over the lagoon from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen had a big fridge and cooking equipment, perfect for making meals. The daily cleaning was done well, and the towels were thick and of good quality. The staff, especially the reception and the friendly guard at the driveway, were always responsive and welcoming. The lobby and pool area were spacious with a pool table and a screen. The hotel's connection to the shopping mall made it convenient for grocery shopping and accessing first-class amenities.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right above a shopping mall and just over the intersection. It was so convenient having shops and food options nearby. The service from the staff was exceptional - they were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a terrace with stunning views. We also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the free toiletries and washing machine. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden area, perfect for relaxation. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security gave us peace of mind. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, with clear views of both the lagoon and the ocean. Being able to wake up to such beautiful scenery was a great way to start off the new year. Additionally, the hotel's location was a major plus. Being right next to a mall gave us easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient for grabbing meals or picking up anything we needed. And the best part? The hotel had a spacious apartment-style room with all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area.

One downside was the lack of instructions on how to use the phone in the room. It would have been helpful to have a guide on how to contact reception, housekeeping, or room service.

The daily cleaning was thorough, with thick and high-quality towels provided. The reception was always responsive, and the lobby and pool area were spacious. The guard at the driveway was super friendly. it was a great value with excellent amenities.
