The room was clean and comfortable, and the outside sitting area was a great place to relax. a great hotel for those who want to be in the midst of the action.

When my child fell sick, the receptionist, Ana, immediately offered assistance and guided me to the nearest pharmacy and doctor. The maintenance guy fixed the hot water issue promptly, ensuring my child's comfort. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

While staying at Loft Hotel, I did notice some noise from neighboring guests, which is to be expected in any hotel. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent, going from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning.
