The value for money at Suites Plaza Del Rio - Family Hotel Malecon Centro was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen and dining area. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Malecon and the beach. We could easily explore the central area of Puerto Vallarta. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. First of all, the location was unbeatable. Situated in the historical district next to the river, it's just a short walk to the Playa Los Muertos pier. The hotel staff were friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely wraparound balcony with beautiful views.

It was recently painted and the bathroom and kitchen had clean, new-looking tiles. the balcony was a highlight, with a large bougainvillea providing privacy and a great spot for birdwatching. the hotel and rooms were kept very clean, and the rooftop terrace had comfortable lounge chairs and shallow pools with a wonderful view. the staff members, including Misael, Monica, and Rocío, were professional and friendly.

We had a great Easter break in Mexico. the accommodations were spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and parking. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to the beach and many local attractions. the rooftop pools were a favorite spot for us, offering a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views.

The beds were uncomfortably firm and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably during the warm nights. the check-in process could have been better indicated, as we were not aware we needed to check in elsewhere.
