Traveling alone and loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed daily talks with Marianello and appreciated his genuine care for guests' happiness. The hostel's beautiful murals by Liliana added to the charming ambiance. Clean kitchen and cozy outdoor dining and living areas. Yoga on the top terrace with a view of bougainvilleas and the neighbor's hens was a great way to start the day.

The staff and volunteers were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me organize a trip to see whale sharks during a busy time. The hostel had a great vibe, and I especially loved the Christmas Eve potluck where we got to try dishes from all around the world. a fantastic experience at Sunset Hostel.

The hostel has nice spaces both inside and outside, including a terrace where you can enjoy watching the street life. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals. a great place to stay for business travelers.

One downside is that there may be some construction noise during the day as the place is being fixed up.

The place is very well equipped with fully recycled and unique pieces. The staff is very friendly and we felt like home. Outside, there's a nice patio with a swimming pool, hammocks, and sofas around a campfire, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. A shared kitchen is also available.
