The hotel is perfectly situated right off the I-10, making it super easy to get to attractions like the Cultural Center of Mesilla, only a little over 2 km away, and the beautiful Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park, which is just about 2 km for a nice nature stroll, while also being surrounded by a variety of restaurants like Starbucks, McDonald's, and Cracker Barrel all within a short walk of about 500 meters; plus, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, creating an overall pleasant experience, but there could be improvements in addressing maintenance issues like the office chair.

The staff was super friendly and made my stay extra enjoyable! My room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the breakfast is perfect for kicking off your mornings!

I appreciated the variety of pillows, especially after my hip replacement. the room had a lingering unpleasant smell, and the tub caulk was cracked and unclean, which was concerning. Noise levels were manageable, but the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The hallway carpet was visibly dirty and frayed. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. Despite the issues, check-in was quick, and staff were helpful, providing assistance when needed.

The elevator was out, which was tough since I have mobility issues. The clerk was unhelpful and rude when I asked for a first-floor room. I ended up canceling and finding a better place.

A little more attention to detail could elevate the experience.
