I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my cross country drive. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, especially considering that the hotel accepts pets. It was spotless and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Jessica, was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The hotel's location right off the I-10 in an unknown neighborhood was convenient for a traveler like me. Additionally, the free mini breakfast was a nice touch and the staff responsible for it were polite and attentive.

Almost perfect, but there were a few downsides. The hotel room was very noisy, with housekeeping staff talking loudly and setting up cleaning carts outside the room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the mountains. I really appreciated the separate washbasin area from the toilet. The location of the hotel was quiet but still convenient for accessing the interstate. I also loved that the hotel was very pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along without any hassle.

While the room itself was great, the bathroom was a bit basic and not as nice as I was expecting. The A/C unit in the room was a bit touchy, going from freezing to hot and requiring adjustment throughout the night.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the I-10 corridor, making it easy to get around the city. the room itself was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Another advantage was the availability of cable channels that are not normally offered, which was a pleasant surprise.

One major disappointment was that the elevator was broken during our stay, but the hotel failed to notify us beforehand. We had to carry our bags up to the second floor ourselves, and we noticed older couples struggling with the stairs as well.
