The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also great, as it was not far from the center of Zona Hotelera and just a short walk to clubs and restaurants. this hotel provided a nice place to stay and relax in this city.

During my recent stay at Sunset Royal, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, thanks to the friendly housekeeping staff. The meals at the hotel's restaurants were delicious and served by experienced and friendly staff. The location of the hotel in the Hotel Zone was ideal, with stunning white sandy beaches, a turquoise ocean, and breathtaking sunsets. I want to express special gratitude to our Mexican friends, Damian, Carlos, Emmanuel, Isaias, Samuel.

The hotel has amazing staff, great rooms, and excellent service. The front desk staff, Alma and Ulises, were very helpful and friendly. The Capricho restaurant was beautiful and Francisco made every meal delightful. Veronica made delicious omelettes every morning, and Eugenio was a respectful and efficient server. Geovany and Abraham were great at handling beverage orders, and the staff at The Confetti Store, Jaqeline and Adelina, were helpful with all our needs. Alicia kept the resort clean and Doris ensured our room was tidy.

The beach at the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very personable. We enjoyed lounging by the ocean and the warm, clear waters. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities such as restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room service was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the check-in and check-out process was lengthy and we had to wait for several hours before we could get into our room.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days to relax and recover from jet lag before meeting up with friends. The staff at Sunset Royal were amazing, from Ulisses at the front desk who was kind and helpful, to Daniel, the waiter at the Italian restaurant who provided excellent service and was always funny. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities included in the full package were worth it. a great experience!

The staff at the hotel, including Hector, Miguel, Atun, Tom. The location was perfect and our room, along with Jaquiizzzzzzziiiiii, was great. The spa girls, Patricia and Lauren, provided excellent massages. Singing with the Mexican band and being asked to perform every evening in the hotel was a highlight of our stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of the city center, where there were plenty of clubs and restaurants to explore. Additionally, the hotel offered evening events in the lobby and an open theater outside, which provided a fun and lively atmosphere. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing me to maximize my time at the hotel.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the food at the hotel was quite disappointing.

They were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the front desk staff, especially Alma, was exceptional in solving any problems we had. Ulises provided excellent money exchange services with a friendly smile. We loved the beautiful Capricho restaurant and Francisco made every meal a delight with his charm and efficiency. Veronica made the best omelettes in the morning, always paying attention to our dietary requirements. the location of the hotel was also a key advantage, with a beautiful beach just steps away from our spacious and clean room.

One negative aspect was the experience we had with the front desk staff initially. They tried to tell us we were in the wrong hotel and told us to go to their sister hotel down the street.
