The cleanliness of the rooms at Terrass Hotel Zamora was impeccable. The attention to detail in keeping the facilities spotless was impressive. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and stunning view.

The hotel has a great location, close to local restaurants and landmarks. Guests can easily explore the area by foot. The buffet breakfast offers a tremendous variety of delicious foods to choose from. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy stay.

Some guests noted that the pillows were exposed and the pillowcases were short, which could be uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. the view from the rooftop dining room was breathtaking and the food was delicious. We loved the fact that the hotel was located in a convenient area close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and always willing to help us with any questions we had. the rooms were spotless and felt very cozy. We especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed and luxury linens.

Although the hotel was very nice, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the air conditioning in our room was not very effective and caused our room to become uncomfortably warm at times.

The central location was perfect for exploring the area and the amazing view from the restaurant was a highlight of my trip. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like heating and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the valet parking and helpful tour/ticket assistance.
