The hotel can be a bit noisy at times, especially if you are in a room on the first floor close to the street.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Terrasse Hotel. the staff was great, and the restaurant offered good value for money. the location was ideal, close to the main street but still quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff was responsive and friendly, addressing any issues with the room promptly. I also appreciated the fresh beach towel provided daily and the free access to Martina Beach Club. the hotel rooftop was a wonderful spot with a clean swimming pool and a great view of Playa del Carmen. I already miss this place.

The location was perfect for us, away from the noisy center but still within walking distance of everything. We loved that it was near some stunning beaches where we could easily walk or rent bikes to explore. Being just outside the main 5th avenue, we felt like we had the best of both worlds - close enough to the action, but also able to retreat to a peaceful atmosphere.
