great location, close to colosseum and restaurants, helpful and multilingual staff

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the price was very reasonable for what we got. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to my wife's disability. Lastly, the location was unbeatable - right across from a famous landmark. We even had a room with a great view of it!

Everything was fine, no major issues.

Our stay at the apartment near the Trevi Fountain was fantastic. The upgraded room had a scenic view of the Colosseum, and the staff, especially Andrea, were kind and helpful. The location was perfect, and Andrea gave us great advice on local hotspots. We would choose this place again if we visit Rome.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of Residence Maximus was incredible, just minutes away from the famous Colosseum. We loved being able to admire the iconic landmark every morning during our stroll. The convenience of the central location made exploring Rome a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and proximity to major attractions.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is extremely close to the coliseum, which means you can easily walk there within minutes. Additionally, it is right across from the Coliseum, so you get a stunning view of this iconic landmark. The metro station is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

The room service at this hotel could be improved. There were instances where towels were not changed and were still wet when we used them again.

Convenient location near Colosseum train station. Helpful receptionists and daily housekeeping. Converted apartment offers Roman living experience. Close to public transportation and affordable dining options. Modern and recently decorated facilities.

Had a delightful Easter stay at this accommodation. The compliments we received on arrival were lovely, and the Easter eggs in the room were a nice touch. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. It was amazing to wake up to the stunning view, and the roaring nightlife around us was fantastic. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen.

There were a few issues. The bathroom needed attention as the toilet seat was broken and there were moldy grout and curtains.

Great location for the Colosseum, with excellent transport links nearby. Room upgrade and friendly service. Comfortable bed, daily cleaning and fresh sheets. Will definitely return.
