I enjoyed the lovely complementary fruit basket and clean towels given every day. The hotel was situated right in the middle of the action of the city, which was fantastic for exploring the local surroundings. The high-speed wifi was a fantastic feature and a real bonus which made streaming easy.

The hotel offered no complimentary breakfast which was a real letdown, as it is expected at most hotels. The showers were cold and, although water conservation is essential, this was uncomfortable.
