my recent stay in mazatlan was incredible! the inn at mazatlan exceeded expectations - perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful pool, and spacious suite with ocean view. highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Plenty of activities for the children. Great Mixology class. Excellent service, kindness, and generosity from all staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Well-maintained grounds.

The hotel is located on a beautiful island with stunning views of the ocean and a long stretch of beaches. The rooms appear to be well-maintained and clean. The staff is accommodating and pleasant.

There were some hygiene and maintenance issues in the bathrooms and kitchen.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunsets that we could enjoy from the balcony. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One of the best aspects of our stay was the location, as it was conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to various shops and restaurants.

Our room had a moldy smell and felt damp throughout our stay. The air conditioning system had issues and the bathroom fixtures were loose on the walls.

Our stay at the Inn was incredible. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views from our balcony. We loved the spacious and well-equipped room, especially the kitchenette. The pools were clean and inviting, and the jacuzzis were a great way to relax. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the poolside restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation.

Perfect location near sunset between islands. Cheap drinks and fun activities. One-bedroom units have ocean view and two full bathrooms. Great space in tower, but noisy at night. Inca Building rooms quieter but less space. Two pools, jacuzzis, kid play area. Nice room with 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, kitchenette, balcony with pool and sea view. Great breakfast twice at pool restaurant. Clean and tidy room. Refreshing pools. Good restaurant options nearby.

loved our stay at this hotel. exceeded expectations, especially after our previous visits to mazatlan. staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. great pool and delicious food. overall, a much-needed and enjoyable vacation.

Noisy air conditioner.

The facilities are wonderful, great location, beautiful pool with 5 hot tubs, accommodating staff, friendly and English-speaking, spacious Jr suite with ocean view balcony.

We verbleven in een hotelkamer die centraal gelegen was en toegankelijk was met een key-card. De locatie was ideaal, dicht bij het centrum van de stad en in de buurt van Cadzand, Brugge en Knokke.

Helaas was het hotel sterk verouderd en was er weinig geïnvesteerd in renovaties.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is right up to the beach, separated by a wall, making it easy to access. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and always willing to take responsibility. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast at the restaurant by the pool was delicious. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the two pools with jacuzzis and the kid play area.

The construction noise from the neighboring property at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and requests, without any mention of policies or restrictions. The pool was great, with a unique touch of a huge iguana living on an island in the middle. The food at the beachside restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast. The hotel's location right up to the beach, with a wall separating it, was perfect. It was also conveniently situated near all the good restaurants in this city. The newly redone rooms in the new tower were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

Great family-friendly place with lots of activities for children, including pottery painting, donut-eating contest, and pool volleyball. Room had a stunning view and was well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luis the server by the pool and the towel attendants. excellent value for the price.
