Spent xmas at a resort in Morelos with mixed feelings. Loved the beautifully maintained and quiet atmosphere. the meals were outstanding and staff, including Homero at reception and Luis our server, were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and golf course when we were not exploring the area. the location was perfect for our trip.

The hidden entrance was hard to find at night and the person we called for directions was impatient. the reception could have been more helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. The spa and wellness centre was a dream come true, offering a variety of massages and beauty treatments. At the outdoor swimming pool, I enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace with the complimentary beach umbrellas. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious special diet menus and in-room breakfast service. The private facilities were top-notch and added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. Additionally, the location advantages provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for my getaway.

There was only one minor issue during my stay. The sauna was unavailable due to maintenance.

We had a memorable stay at a charming resort in a picturesque location. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, allowing us to truly unwind and relax. The meals were exceptional, especially the Salmon and Filet dishes. The staff, particularly Homero at reception and Luis our server, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The swimming pool and golf course provided enjoyable activities during our stay. The resort offered a perfect balance of luxury and affordability.

Finding the entrance to the resort was a bit challenging, especially when arriving at night. The lack of signs and dim lighting made it difficult to locate.
