Stunning views from the room and delicious breakfast. I had to deal with some cleanliness issues in the bathroom during my stay.

I enjoyed the stunning views from my room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The whole experience reminded me of road trips in the U.S. , where every stop offers something new. I appreciated the attention of the staff, as they made the stay smooth. I loved the restaurant with great food. I had to coordinate access to the pool a bit, but it was manageable. Overall, a solid experience that made me feel connected to the local culture.

Oh, the fresh veggies and culinary delights at the rooftop restaurant were a foodie’s dream! Plus, the staff's attentiveness had me feeling like royalty, and my room's stunning view of Chapultepec Park was simply breathtaking.

We initially woke up to a child’s joyous antics on floor 41, which sent us on a quest to find a quieter nest a few floors up. Thankfully, the front desk quickly moved us, leaving me to ponder how sound travels with those hard floors.

Twice I experienced cleanliness issues, including stray back hairs in the sink!!! Attention to these details could improve the experience!!!

Had the best time at the rooftop restaurant high above, the views were breathtaking. The breakfast was included, and man, it was delicious—totally unexpected, I ordered what I wanted, and it was fantastic!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

Staying in a Deluxe King Room with a terrace was awesome. The views were breathtaking with floor-to-ceiling windows. The room had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and free toiletries. The bathroom was luxurious with a spa bath and separate shower. The facilities like the indoor pool and sauna were great too. The restaurant on the 38th floor had amazing food!

I loved my room on the 47th floor with those dramatic city views! The floor-to-ceiling windows were amazing, and it felt so spacious inside. The electronic shades were a nice touch too. But, getting to the pool area could have been smoother. The bathroom setup was cool since it was separated from the bedroom, but I still wanted more from housekeeping in some spots. Overall, very nice!

I stayed for two nights in a modern room on the 47th floor, and wow, the city views were just stunning! I loved relaxing in the sauna and taking a dip in the heated pool, both were well worth it. Just a heads up, the bathroom could've been a little cleaner. Don't miss the amazing restaurant on the 38th floor! 🌟

The views from the room were absolutely stunning (I mean like jaw-dropping! ), and the staff were super attentive. I loved the dining experience, especially the restaurant on the higher floors that had remarkable cuisine!

I wish the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough, as some areas needed attention. Also, coordinating access to the pool area could be improved just a tad.

It was just a fine choice for a brief sojourn in Mexico City with outstanding value. I really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. the views were breathtaking! Make sure to check the elevators' access as it can take a bit to reach your room.
