Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, like the dedicated Spa & wellness centre and the indoor swimming pool, fulfilled my every need. I indulged in a full body massage at the sauna, while taking in the dramatic view of the city. the heated swimming pool and its sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Dinner at the restaurant located at the top floor was a culinary adventure, and the bar was a great place to unwind.

the staff assured me that it was fixed, but it took three nights to resolve the problem, leaving me slightly exhausted.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was memorable. We had a room on the 47th floor with stunning views of the city, and the facilities like the pool and sauna were enjoyable. the restaurant on the 38th floor had good food and attentive staff.

Our stay was far from perfect. the motion detector in our room was extremely sensitive, and any movement would trigger it to turn on and light up the entire room.

There were issues with the room's motion detector, which would illuminate the entire room with the slightest movement, causing a lack of sleep for guests.
