The value for the money was exceptional, and we ended up staying 3 days longer than planned. the free bikes provided made it easy to explore the area, with a leisurely 40-minute ride to the beach and just a 5-minute ride to downtown. the two swimming pools were fantastic, and we enjoyed spending time there. the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations for our days in Tulum. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and ensured we started our days off right. We will definitely be returning to Turquoise in the future!

They made our New Year stay so special. the hotel had a great location, just a short distance from the center, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided every morning, it was a great way to start our day.

One of the drawbacks was that the rooms in the new block were quite damp, which made our clothes smell of humidity. We also experienced a power cut during a storm, and the staff could have handled the situation better.

The hotel was clean, stylish, and tidy. The rooms were perfect and had an amazing outdoor tub. The outdoor pools were great and cleaned daily. The hotel was conveniently located close to various restaurants and an easy walk or bike ride into the center of town. The staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We had a great time at the hotel. The location was ideal with lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. It was an easy walk to the centre of town and a quick taxi ride to the beach. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had all we needed and the service was excellent. Breakfast is included and was fantastic. We loved that we could relax by the pool area or take a bike ride around the area.

That there were a lot of bugs due to the natural forest-style environment.

This hotel is a great find! The rooms are comfortable, with amazing beds and private balconies. The breakfast is tasty and made with natural ingredients. The location is perfect, close to some great restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood outside of the main centre.

The staff at this hotel is amazing, always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the clean rooms and the fact that the AC worked perfectly. The hotel's location in a quiet area of the city was ideal. It was also nice to have free bicycles to easily get to the beach and explore the nearby cafes and restaurants.

I loved that they had bikes available for guests, perfect for exploring the area. my stay at Turquoise was magical and I felt right at home.

Lovely stay! the hotel and rooms are really beautiful and clean. the atmosphere is relaxing, not too much noise. the staff, especially Luis & Wilver, were really helpful and gave us great tips on food, taxis, and places to go. the free bikes provided by the hotel made it easy to reach the center, and we had a great time exploring. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and we even had a cute cat that visited our room several times!

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff, and our room wasn't cleaned for two out of the three nights we stayed. There were also issues with the AC not working the first night and a wet bathroom mat for an entire day.

communication with the staff was challenging as they didn't speak fluent English. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with towels not being changed and the overall smell being quite unpleasant.

I had a truly magical experience at Turquoise Petit. From the warm welcome to the spotlessly clean rooms and beautiful design, everything was simply perfect. The staff and the owner, Herman, made me feel right at home while still making me feel special. The artistic paintings on the walls added to the charm, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The included bike service made it easy to explore Tulum, and the pool was a great way to cool off. I loved everything about this place and highly recommend it!
