We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a week, using it as a base to explore the surrounding attractions. The location in the remote area was perfect for us, as it provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious and nicely designed apartment offered enhanced comfort, with a comfortable bed and linens that were simply divine. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, providing us much-needed respite from the heat outside.

I had a wonderful stay at Unho in Tulum. The spacious and nicely designed apartment provided great value for money, and I used it as a hub to visit many sites around Tulum. The property's beautiful design and quiet location away from the center of town were definite highlights. The property manager was always available to help with any request, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, I loved that I had access to bicycles to explore the area.

One drawback was that the towels provided were old and not very clean. Additionally, the kitchen appliances could have been better.

The location is a bit remote and you need a car to get around. Some noise disturbance from the neighbors occurred, and communication with some staff was difficult due to language barriers.
