Beach House exceeded expectations. John was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and spotless. the Italian-style restaurant served exceptional food. the location by the beach was unbeatable with great views. Comfortable bed and modern amenities made for a perfect stay.

Room 2 can get hot. Two fans and open door helped.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The three-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a comfortable living and dining area. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were absolutely spectacular. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Polzeath Beach House. The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the bay. While we had a fantastic stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the security button.

Recently renovated, clean property with a perfect beachfront location. Friendly and helpful staff, though unavailable after 8:00pm. Comfortable bed, with a selection of tea, coffee, and water provided in the room. a great hotel for a beach getaway.

Had a wonderful Easter break here with my partner. the location was ideal for exploring the beautiful coastline and countryside nearby. We appreciated the helpful and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the bathroom and beds were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. the highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning, made with fresh ingredients that we loved.

We had hoped to enjoy a full dinner at the on-site restaurant, but the menu was quite limited and didn't meet our expectations. we enjoyed our stay but would have preferred more dining options.

Almost perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bed in our room was lovely and large. The hotel itself is modern and well decorated, and we were lucky enough to upgrade to a sea-facing apartment. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel also had a great view from the restaurant.

Felt like it was a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

I stayed at the Beach House in Polzeath for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with parking right outside and direct access to the beach. The room was a great size and always kept fresh. The breakfast was top-notch and the staff were welcoming and informative. The hotel itself was immaculate and modern, with a lovely residents lounge and spacious restaurant. Thank you for the birthday card and wine, it made our stay even more special. We will definitely be returning!
