Our stay at this charming hotel was a real treat. The location can't be beat, as it is right on the bustling 5th Avenue and within walking distance of the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room we stayed in had a cozy balcony with a view of the lively street below, perfect for people-watching. The clean and comfortable accommodations made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside we encountered was the noise from the restaurant located in the inner yard of the hotel. It was quite loud until late at night and started early in the morning, making it difficult to find a quiet moment in the room.

Our stay at Unic Design Hotel - 5Th Avenue was fantastic. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious king bed. We had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and a TV. The location was perfect, right off Fifth Avenue, making it easy to explore all the dining options and attractions that Playa del Carmen has to offer. Despite some noise from nearby bars and restaurants, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially Saul and Jorge at the front desk, were friendly and easy to deal with. Housekeeping did a great job and provided us with extra towels. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to everything, right in the city center and on fifth avenue, although there was some noise from outside. The room was clean and stylish, and had great facilities like air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The staff were exceptional and always ready to help. The continental breakfast was free and delicious, and we especially loved the fresh fruit.

We enjoyed the complementary drinks upon arriving at the hotel, and the beach was just a short walk away. the location was also great as everything we needed was only a few blocks from the hotel. the room was nice, and the view was really good.

Sadly, the noise levels in the hotel were much higher than expected, causing little to no sleep almost every night. Another downside was the lack of services offered by hotel staff.
