This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the spacious and well-equipped rooms with a kitchen. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautifully landscaped pool area to the helpful and kind staff like Antonieta, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - close enough to attractions but far away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is a little unusual, about a mile from the main strip, but it's still close enough to attractions. You can easily walk or ride a bike to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pool area is beautifully landscaped, offering a nice spot to relax.

The refund policy is very rigid, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

My stay at Valhalla Residences By Biwa was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had a fully equipped kitchen, including a panini maker. I loved the AC and rain shower, and the balcony provided a stunning view of the jungle and pool.

The location, although a little unusual and about a mile from the main road, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It was walkable and filled with local color, allowing me to explore and interact with some of the friendly local people.

The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and had a full kitchen with a panini maker. the pool was enjoyable, and the AC and rain shower were appreciated. A positive aspect was the attentive and friendly manager who recommended a delicious breakfast place with a discount.

The location was a bit biased, and it was suggested to have a car. Although not an issue for us, it might be a concern for others.
