I recently stayed at a hotel at Navy Pier for a weekend getaway. The room was great, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. I loved that there were many stores, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Plus, the hotel provided a luggage caddy which was really convenient. The best part was the stunning views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline from every room. It was truly breathtaking.

What's more, the hotel's prime location on Navy Pier provided stunning views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan, offering a truly memorable experience.

A minor issue I encountered during my stay was the behavior of the manager, who seemed unwelcoming and even rude at times. Though this didn't significantly impact my visit, it was a surprising departure from the otherwise warm and hospitable atmosphere of the hotel.

I personally found the desk in the room to be a bit small. But hey, it's just my preference!

The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, just 9.9 miles away, was incredibly convenient for my travel plans. the air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and stunning views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan provided a comfortable and visually appealing stay.

The absence of functioning shower heads and the delayed room service left me feeling disappointed, especially for a hotel of this caliber. These shortcomings detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say, it was great! The location on the Pier is unbeatable and the views of the lake and city were breathtaking. The staff was friendly, accommodating and provided good service with 24-hour room service. My room was clean and equipped with all the amenities needed, including heating and air conditioning. There were also plenty of leisure activities to do like live entertainment and fishing.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning to visit.
