We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was lovely with plenty of chairs and loungers. The Mexican decor added a charming touch to the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We loved having a kitchenette by the pool and a little patio attached to our unit. The beds were extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff was meticulous. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The bus stop across the road allowed us to easily travel to the city center for only $10. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby Mexican Soriana mall. this hotel offered cleanliness, great facilities, convenient transportation, and a friendly staff.

Our Xmas stay was wonderful! the hotel had a great continental breakfast which we found delightful, and the housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were always clean and tidy. the location is fantastic! We were just a short walk away from amazing shops and restaurants, and there was a lot to explore in the area. We also enjoyed the convenience of the water coolers on every floor. It was a nice touch that saved us some money.

It was a bit disappointing that the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about what was in the city. We would have liked more information on things to do and places to see.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with good cafés, away from the noisy beach area. The rooms were perfectly spotless and the premises were always clean. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican breakfast, which included fresh fruit and delicious Mexican side dishes, all for less than five dollars. The beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water. The location was also convenient, as it was close to a medical center and right on the Main Street, with easy access to buses. We really appreciated the quieter ambience and the authentic neighborhood setting.

I loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.
