The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The daily cleaning service was excellent and the common areas were spotless. The location of the hotel was also great, with beautiful balcony views. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially the receptionists who were always available to help with any queries.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms.

Wonderful stay, great healthy buffet, unlimited red wine and water, helpful staff, good bar prices.

We loved the Spanish vibe of this small, down-to-earth hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location couldn't be better - close to shops and the beach, yet quiet. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms being replenished daily and all areas being kept very clean. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a lovely lounge area and dining room. The location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, the Old Town, the Walking Street, Dove Park. It was also conveniently near Elx Park, perfect for some outdoor relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing 24-hour reception service.

Unbelievable value for money! The food selection was mind-blowing, rooms were clean and replenished daily, and staff were super helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the towels were clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The location was great as it was just a short walk downhill to the lovely beach. Plus, there was a nice pool area where you could relax.

We had an issue with the room view as our window opened up onto the balcony of the next room, which could be a security concern if you don't know the other guests. Some rooms also didn't have a view at all.
