I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms well-maintained and tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, with charming pools and shared outdoor space. The location was perfect, situated between Tropical Storm Gamma and the incoming Hurricane Delta, yet still close to the beach park in front of that space. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

We loved the location, right on the beach. Valentas massage tent in front offered fantastic massages for only $40 USD. The town of Puerto Morales is quaint with a nice grocery store and town square. Great place for chilling on the beach, having massages, and enjoying inexpensive meals.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vela's Condos Ocean Front. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to convenient amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that we appreciated. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt safe during our stay. The balcony provided a relaxing spot to unwind, and the WiFi worked smoothly for our work needs. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Puerto Morelos.

The location of the condos is fantastic, with easy access to a beach bar just a few steps away. It is also conveniently close to Puerto Morelos town square and the beach park right in front of the condos. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

We enjoyed the complementary beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the accommodation, which made our time on the beach more comfortable. the location was great, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. the view was stunning with direct access to the beach.

The seaweed was a bit of a problem at the time of our visit, making the beach seem uninviting. we had some slight issues with shower pressure and it would have been helpful to have some racks to hang our beach towels.

I had an amazing experience at this oceanfront condo in Puerto Morelos. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The property was well-maintained and the common areas, including the pool, were clean and enjoyable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I even had an issue with the AC in my apartment, but they quickly upgraded me to an oceanfront unit. The area itself was laid back and not overrun by tour companies, making it a favorite for locals. There was even a great beach bar called Paradise right outside, with delicious food and reasonable prices. my week at Vela's was fantastic.
