We stayed at Viajero in Sayulita and had a wonderful experience. the hostel's design is impressive and the staff was incredibly friendly. They organized fun activities like rooftop yoga and excursions. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep with the help of earplugs. the rooftop dining area had a picturesque view of the ocean, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. the location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown Sayulita but still offering a peaceful atmosphere. they provided spacious lockers for our luggage.

The hostel is located on a hill, away from the big plaza area, but still close to the center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with fantastic views of the surroundings. The staff is welcoming and helpful, treating guests like friends. The pool and bar areas are great spots to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of activities offered on site.

The humidity in the bathrooms can cause mildew to form on the ceiling and corners.

It provided a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure to address any concerns or questions I had, and their hospitality greatly enhanced my overall experience. Lastly, the shared rooms were cozy and provided a sense of privacy with curtains around the bunks.

First time with Viajero and what a great experience! Exceeded my expectations. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. Comfortable and clean accommodations, great pool and bar areas with fantastic views. The staff is welcoming and treats you like a friend. Special mention to Carla on reception, she's lovely and always smiling. Jannet who services the rooms is friendly and makes you feel at home. The design is nice, activities are fun, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and location is convenient. Lockers provided ample space.

This was my first time staying at a hostel and Viajero definitely exceeded my expectations. I had originally planned to stay for just 2 nights but ended up extending to 2 weeks. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, with fantastic views from the pool and bar areas. The staff was incredibly welcoming and treated me like a friend, especially Carla at reception and Jannet who serviced the rooms. The breakfast included fresh fruit, granola, and eggs, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Highly recommend!

In my recent stay at Viajero in Sayulita, I had a unique experience where a fellow guest caused some trouble in the dorm room. However, the staff at the hostel reacted swiftly and gave me another bed, ensuring my comfort and safety. This level of responsiveness by the staff truly impressed me.

Even though there were a few downsides, such as occasional power outages affecting the air conditioning, water, and breakfast, the staff managed to make the best of the situation by using a generator. However, it would have been nice if they had accommodated my request for compensation, considering I paid upfront for breakfast but didn't receive it due to the power outage.
