The apartment was spacious and modern with excellent facilities such as a large balcony and a washing machine and dryer. The location was very central and convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the BBQ facilities offered by the building.

While the apartment was generally clean, we noticed a few dirty spots such as hair on the sofa and spots on the linen. The water temperature in the shower was also too low for a comfortable stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Miami. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The staff were attentive and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a pullout couch. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it allowed for direct sunlight in the morning hours.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right across the street from a Whole Foods grocery store, making it easy to grab any essentials or snacks during our stay in downtown Miami. Moreover, the apartment was spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable amenities and a view overlooking the city and partially, the Bay Area. The appliances in the room worked well, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small welcome boxes with cookies, tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities.

The lights and temperature were already set when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The rates were very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The bedding was comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.
