The location is great, with a view of Merida's famous statue. Although there were some minor issues like noise from the road and thin walls, the overall experience was excellent. Plus, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious yet affordable stay.

It is not close to downtown, which could be inconvenient for those looking to explore the heart of the city.

We spent our Christmas vacation in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with the lovely holiday decorations and the warm atmosphere. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which allowed us to easily explore the town. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the fact that it was included made it even better. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi which was fast and stable throughout our stay.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay and we were not informed about it. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updates.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk spoke English and were very helpful. They even called me after I left to let me know I had left a piece of clothing behind, which I was able to retrieve with their assistance. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Monumento on Paseo de Montejo. The staff were generally friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria in Merida. The hotel's location on Paseo de Montejo was perfect for exploring the city's monuments, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the vibrant atmosphere at night, with street vendors and a beautiful view from the rooftop. The lobby's Victorian feel added to the charm of the hotel. The room was immaculately clean and well equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful during our stay. a great hotel in a fantastic location.
