We stayed at Vidasoul for our Valentine's celebration and it was absolutely phenomenal. Jerry, who greeted us with a big smile and hugs, went above and beyond with his hospitality. The front facing rooms with floor to ceiling windows offered romantic, relaxing views of the beach and whales jumping. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The whole experience was just incredible, and we miss it already.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the staff of the hotel were exceptional, providing friendly and personal service that made us feel special. Additionally, the sweeping beach views were stunning, especially during the breathtaking sunrises.

The hotel's remote location was a bit of a downside as there were very few amenities nearby. the convenience store on site was poorly stocked and could have offered more essential items like suntan lotions and bottled water.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, as it is located right on the ocean. Guests can enjoy walks down the beach and soak in the beauty of the surrounding nature. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some of the best beds in Mexico. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of.

The pool and surrounding deck chairs are in need of improvement, as they are placed in the dirt and offer limited shade.

Amazing location, remote and secluded. Whale watching from room, private dinner by the beach, 30 minutes from national park for diving and snorkeling, friendly staff, excellent food.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches and towns.

The road leading to the hotel was a bit bumpy and difficult to drive on, so it would have been better to have an SUV. the hotel could use some minor repairs and updates to make it more modern.
