Our city trip to this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location was conveniently located, just a short drive from our city, making it a great weekend getaway. We were impressed with the amenities offered, especially the pool and outdoor seating area with fireplaces. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. the comfortable beds were a highlight, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the menu options at the hotel were quite limited, and we would have preferred more variety for each meal.

The location of Inn At Harbor Shores was simply fantastic. Being close to the downtown area and right next to the water added a special charm to our stay. We loved the convenience of exploring both the lake and the river by boat, thanks to the Freedom Boat Club. The food at the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Though there were a few hiccups with the cleanliness and amenities, such as the rooms being poorly insulated and the absence of fresh towels and emptied trash without request, overall I still enjoyed my stay at Inn At Harbor Shores. The lovely location and the exceptional service from certain staff members, like the afternoon smoothie maker and the friendly housekeeper, made the experience worthwhile.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Inn at Harbor Shores! The staff went above and beyond when I injured myself, helping us find a pharmacy and showing genuine concern. The comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, and clean hallways made our stay even better. We enjoyed delicious food at Planks Tavern, with the manager even treating us to dessert. The friendly staff, complimentary coffee, and marina behind the pool added to the beachy feel of St Joseph. We can't wait to come back!

My recent stay at a lakeside hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was close to Benton Harbor restaurants and the beach. The room and bathroom were immaculate, equipped with quality toiletries and soft linens. The service was excellent, attentive to detail and responsive to requests. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The view of the lake was magnificent, and the facilities were an added bonus, including a fitness room, pool and hot tub.

The prices were slightly steep in comparison to other hotels in the area.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the fantastic staff, late check-out with no charge, comfortable beds, and having a refrigerator. The restaurant offered delicious food and the five-minute drive to St. Joseph Lighthouse was convenient.

I loved the beautiful sunrise and sunset view from the walking trail. Also, the food at the inn's restaurant was amazing. The portions were so generous, we had to take the leftovers to our room. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the indoor outdoor pool and spa that the kids absolutely loved, the outstanding restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the friendly and accommodating staff at the cafe store. The free shuttle service was also a great perk. The location was beautiful and allowed our kids to roam outside while we enjoyed dinner on the outdoor patio.
