We were impressed from the moment we arrived at Villa Elena Isla Mujeres. The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed and a convertible sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the stunning sea view from our balcony. The overall cleanliness and organization of the property were top-notch. Communication with the staff was excellent and the WiFi was reliable. Having Netflix and a hot pot of coffee available daily were nice touches.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Elena! The top floor suite with a balcony had a spacious and cool room with incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown but away from the chaos. Clara, our host, gave us a great tour of the downtown area and made us feel welcome. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and daily cleaning. The terrace view was beautiful and provided a peaceful ocean view. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a pleasant stay during Christmas at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The room was modern and clean, with a big and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the shared balcony on the rooftop, which had a spectacular view of the ocean.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the exchange rate for pesos seemed to be higher than the actual value, resulting in us paying more than expected.

The pictures matched the hotel. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Mini kitchen had everything needed. Not close to beaches, but enjoyable walks.

The owner was incredibly nice and helpful! The view from the upstairs terrace was amazing! Make sure to get a room with a westside view. Perfect for guests with children.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The room was nicely done with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was also great, very clean and modern. The ocean view from the large terrace was simply breathtaking.

It would have been even better if there were sunbeds on the rooftop terrace for guests to relax on.

villa elena is the perfect place to stay in isla mujeres. clara's warm and friendly welcome made us feel right at home. the spacious room with sea view was amazing, and the excellent wifi and netflix were a bonus. the location is great, just 5 minutes from the ferry. we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elena. The owner, Wilbert, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. The location is ideal, within walking distance of everything but still peaceful and quiet. The room we booked had a stunning sea view and was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great, with excellent WiFi, Netflix, and a coffee station. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
