Felt like a fairy tale experience, no reason to complain.

We received two free drink vouchers at check-in and the location was very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the bed was comfortable and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

The room was very noisy with street noise and construction work starting early in the morning. We also had to pay an extra fee for Wi-Fi and the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and plenty of entertainment options nearby. The staff here were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly loved the ocean view from my 18th-floor room, it was truly breathtaking.

We loved staying here. The location is convenient, just a short distance from the airport with excellent access to shops and restaurants. This place had great facilities including a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas which we enjoyed a lot. The staff provided exceptional service with great hospitality. Our room was well equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the free on-site car park and the free shuttle service to the airport.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved waking up to the lovely view of Hallasan from my room. The cafe on the 22nd floor offered a breathtaking 360 view of the city. The ample parking space was a bonus and it was even free!
