Wonderful service everywhere!

During our stay at Villa La Estancia, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Tere and Roberto by the pool, Jose the bellman, and Vlad our concierge in the penthouse were all incredibly helpful and efficient. Their eagerness to assist made us feel truly valued and appreciated as guests. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, and we couldn't resist spending hours enjoying the expansive pool area. the service and facilities at Villa La Estancia made our stay in Cabo truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close enough to walk to the marina, which is about a 30-minute hike down the beach. The rooms are awesome and have great views of the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the scenery. The staff provides exceptional service, treating guests like gold and going out of their way to make them feel comfortable.

The food service could be improved as some guests mentioned that it took a while for the food to arrive.

I had such an amazing time at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa! The 1 bedroom suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. I especially loved the large deck where I could relax and enjoy the view. The grounds were well-maintained and the tropical setting made me feel like I was on a real vacation. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and even remembered my preferences.

Spacious 2,000 sq ft room with stunning sea views. Friendly, hardworking staff. Great pool area and lovely balconies. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and a short walk to downtown.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super professional, kind, and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch and the pool was fantastic. The location was perfect, with an easy 30-minute walk to the marina and the option to take a water taxi right outside the hotel to Lover's Beach by the Arch. The breakfast options were great and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Here, I experienced the ultimate luxurious stay. The exclusive amenities including the spa, swimming pool, sauna, beach access, treatment rooms, and garden area fulfilled all my needs. The staff provided exceptional service in the spa center and restaurant. The restaurant offered delicious and healthy food with special diet menus to choose from. The private facilities made me feel like royalty, and in-room breakfast was a treat. Additionally, the location advantage of this hotel couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the leisure/TV room. The TV had limited channels, and the room felt stuffy and cramped at times.

We loved the lovely beachfront location with a beautiful view of the cape from the pool area. The one-bedroom condo was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a huge balcony with a BBQ and lounge chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile, making us feel welcome and at home. The resort was clean, well maintained, and mostly family-oriented, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The nightlife could be experienced at the sister resorts nearby.

Wonderful service, especially from Lupita at the concierge desk. She went above and beyond to help us find a misplaced item. The facilities were top-notch and the overall experience was five-star. highly recommend Villa La Estancia for a fabulous vacation.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and treated me like family.

We spent Christmas here and it was lovely. Two complimentary activities were offered and the location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions we had. we enjoyed the variety of food options available.

Some aspects of our stay were not as enjoyable. There were constant construction noises, which disrupted our relaxation.

Stunning setting with spacious rooms, including two large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fantastic pool facility and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. Attentive and friendly staff, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
