the experience was exceptional from start to finish. the resort provided twice daily cleaning service, which ensured the rooms were always spotless. They even provided a wireless router in the room, making it convenient for me to stay connected. the spa at the resort was outstanding, offering a range of relaxing treatments. I particularly loved the open and free wifi in the swimming pool area. the room itself was fantastic, equipped with a washer and dryer. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the hands massage upon arrival. There was also a convenient little store on the property and a gym that exceeded my expectations.

Sunset Bar: The Sunset Bar, located on the terrace of one of the best restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta, is the perfect spot to witness the sun dip below the horizon, showing off its colorful display like a painter's palette.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony and comfortable bed. The concierge helped us secure last-minute restaurant reservations and we enjoyed dining at the beachside Trattoria. Andreas, the bell hop, was outstanding in his service. one of the best spas I've ever been to!

I had an incredible experience at this resort! The staff members were exceptional, starting with Hugo who welcomed me with a tequila shot. The breakfast at the Steakhouse was absolutely delicious, and the ambience with the cello player and pianist was lovely. Fidel ensured we had comfortable beach and pool chairs, while Santana remembered our drink orders every day. The grounds of the hotel were stunning and well-maintained, with attentive beach attendants and large, high-quality towels. The concierge helped me secure a last-minute reservation at a fantastic restaurant off the property. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to Bucerias via the nearby path.

We recently stayed at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time. The suites were stunning and the pool areas and beach were absolutely perfect. The resort itself is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We did experience high pressure sales tactics during our stay. It started with a lengthy check-in process and then being approached multiple times for a "resort orientation" which turned out to be a sales pitch.

The staff were excellent and greeted us by our names. Accommodating pool concierge, Oscar Sapien, was great with our kids. Beautiful pool and common areas. Clean rooms with a nice view of Banderas Bay. Prompt service from housekeeping, bell boy, concierge, and security.

Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about.

The pool and beach were fantastic, clean, and not overcrowded. We loved spending our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the warm water at the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to activities and attractions. a great romantic escape.

There were some aggressive timeshare salespeople who were a bit of a nuisance. They were persistent in trying to sell us a timeshare, which was a turn-off.

We had a great weekend with fantastic views and wonderful weather. the complimentary drinks and breakfast were a great touch. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was great to have access to the pool and gym facilities.

The room was not properly cleaned and there was a funky smell. the staff at times were not responsive and it seemed like they were always too busy.

I had a fantastic stay at a beach resort in Riviera Nayarit. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning ocean views. The pool and restaurants were fantastic, not crowded at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the vibrant town of Bucerías.

Le camere sono moderne e accoglienti, pulite e dotate di bagni nuovi. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, con la ragazza alla reception e il ragazzo alla colazione che mettono subito il buonumore. La colazione offre una buona varietà di cibo, con pane fresco, crostate e cornetti deliziosi. E non dimentichiamo la vista panoramica sullo splendido cielo genovese.
