We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right across from the sea, and the friendly staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the facilities were excellent, and the location in the best neighborhood on the island was unbeatable. We also loved being close to snorkeling and having the beautiful ocean just across the road. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I stayed at Villablanca Garden Beach for a week and it was perfect for my needs. The studio I had was amazing, with a balcony and kitchenette. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance guys fixed any issues promptly. The tropical garden and patios were beautiful, and I loved having access to the pool and lawn chairs. The location was great, within walking distance of snorkeling reefs and beach bars. The air conditioning worked well and they even provided free coffee and tea by the pool. The breakfast at Villablanca Garden Beach was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. We enjoyed fresh fruit, juice, and a beverage with every entree. The staff was attentive and always went out of their way to meet our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We loved relaxing in the chaises in the garden, and the live music on weekends was a wonderful bonus. The Monkey Bar restaurant and beach club across the street provided convenient and delicious dining options. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby OXXO mini mart for snacks and drinks. Access to the water for snorkeling and swimming was easy via the stairs from the pier.

We also enjoyed the live musical entertainment by the poolside during the weekend. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to excellent restaurants and a short distance from a grocery store. The free public beach area across the street was quite small and not ideal for laying out. the electronic key had some connectivity issues, which required multiple visits to the front desk.
