We were delighted with the beautiful heritage architecture of the property. The staff, especially Mahendra and Bhupendra at the travel desk, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views. We also appreciated the inclusion of water bottles and the availability of facilities like the gym and spa. we would recommend this hotel for its charm and exceptional service.

Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices.

The bar staff, particularly Mr Anupam, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of, even staying at the bar longer than usual to accommodate us.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the center of the city. This makes it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The restaurant at dinner time offers a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes that cater to different tastes. The staff is friendly and provides prompt service, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with kids.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the complimentary Easter egg basket in my room upon arrival, as well as the complementary Easter brunch on Sunday. the hotel was located close to the city center and had easy access to transportation. the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of the city and served delicious food.

Although the hotel had a vegetarian-only policy, the breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying. the bed was not very comfortable and the room lacked space for furniture.

the exclusive amenities available met our every need. the friendly and responsive staff provided excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the Swimming pool, with its sun terrace and loungers was the perfect way to relax. the Garden area was beautiful and provided a peaceful ambience which was great for entertainment. the BBQ facilities were top notch, providing delicious meals.

The only minor issue we had was the location which was a bit far from the centre of the city, but transportation was easily available.

The staff's authentic hospitality and cleanliness of the place, along with well-equipped rooms, made for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the rooftop eating space was enjoyable. Additionally, the kind gesture of allowing late check-outs and luggage storage added to the overall positive experience.

Delicious food, outstanding staff, brilliant employee named Chandan. Helpful and friendly service, special diets catered to. Good front office staff, efficient housekeeping. Highly recommended property, overall wonderful experience. Close to the airport, well-appointed and fragrant lobby. Vegetarian restaurant with great taste. Excellent breakfast selection with good variety.
