I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool area which was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with convenient transportation options and easy access to nearby attractions.

This hotel did have a few things going for it. the location was excellent. The hotel was situated in a lovely little spot, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the ambiance was perfect for a romantic escape. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and felt very secluded. Finally, the hotel offered a nice pool area which was perfect for lounging and relaxing in the sun.

There were a few things about this hotel that were not so great. the room we stayed in felt quite outdated and musty.

The only minor issue was the weak WiFi in the room, but this did not detract from the wonderful experience at this hotel. this luxurious venue offers a calm and relaxing break with excellent service and exclusive facilities.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the ferry terminal for Isla Holbox, making it super convenient for island hopping. Surrounded by lush jungle, the villa provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. The friendly and attentive staff ensure excellent service, and the complimentary breakfast is a delicious start to the day.

There was a strange smell in the room that lingered throughout the stay.

I had a perfect stay at Villas Ixchel. The beautiful garden and swimming pool area were a great place to relax after my time at Isla Holbox. The owner was incredibly helpful, especially with my early departure, and even prepared a light breakfast for me. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the ferry terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and excellent service.

Great location, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, beautiful architecture, refreshing pool.
